A 4000 litre glass lined reactor removed from a bulk drug facility during a capacity upgrade, not due to any defect. The glass lining has been spark tested end to end at 5 kV with no pinholes recorded, and the retreat curve agitator, drive and mechanical seal were run-tested under no load before storage. Supplied complete with jacket, baffle, thermowell and the original nameplate and hydro-test certificate.
